Mark Zangari
Zangari leads Quantellia’s Scalable Solutions division, where he leads the World Modeler development team as well as partnering on enterprise-scale modeling projects. Before joining Quantellia, Zangari spent 15 years as CTO for a spatial GIS company, where he specialized in providing solutions to utilities and telecoms. A physicist by training, Zangari’s papers on cosmology are still referenced today.
As co-founder and CEO of Quantellia, Zangari continues to advance the practice of Decision Intelligence by developing the platforms, methodologies, and ecosystem that enable organizations to operationalize the discipline at scale.

She co-edited Learning to Learn, wrote LINK: How Decision Intelligence Connects Data, Actions, and Outcomes for a Better World, co-authored The Decision Intelligence Handbook and leads Quantellia’s machine learning consulting division.
Today, Pratt is widely recognized as the leading voice in Decision Intelligence, helping organizations connect human expertise, AI, and causal reasoning/models to improve complex decision-making. Through her writing and educational programs, she continues to advance practical approaches that make AI more transparent, explainable, and action oriented.
